5. Cookies and advertising choices

Necessary technologies support security, checkout, consent and core page functions. Analytics and advertising technologies, including Meta technologies, are not intended to load before consent where prior consent is required.

You can review or change optional choices through the Cookie Settings control on the Offerfold Sales page. We also honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable. See our Cookie Policy.

6. International transfers

Offerfold is operated from Italy and uses providers that may process information in the United States or other countries. Where European data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK addendum or another lawful safeguard as appropriate to the provider and transfer.

You may contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • order, invoice and tax records are generally retained for the period

required by Italian law, which may be up to ten years;

  • product-access and support records are kept while needed to provide the

product, resolve issues and establish or defend claims;

  • Personalized Build intake is reviewed periodically and deleted or

de-identified when it is no longer needed for delivery, support, legal duties or claims;

  • consent records are kept long enough to demonstrate and respect your

choices; and

  • advertising data follows the applicable consent and provider retention

settings.

We may retain information longer when required by law, a dispute or a valid legal hold.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been compromised, contact [email protected].

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion or restriction;
  • object to certain processing;
  • receive portable data;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing as defined by applicable

US state law; and

  • appeal a refusal where applicable.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. You may use an authorized agent where local law permits it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Residents of the EEA may complain to their local supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali at https://www.garanteprivacy.it/.

Offerfold is currently not making a blanket statement that every US state privacy statute applies to it. Where one applies, the relevant rights above will be honored. Although we do not sell information for money, some laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a "sale," "sharing" or targeted advertising; the available consent and opt-out controls are intended to address those disclosures.

10. Automated decisions

Offerfold does not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

11. Children

Offerfold is intended for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase.
