Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 30, 2026 Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Offerfold uses cookies and similar technologies on its funnel, checkout, access and legal pages. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website or provider in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software development tools that recognize a browser or device.
Some are necessary to make a page, checkout or consent choice work. Others help measure use or advertising and are optional where the law requires your consent.
2. Our categories
Necessary
These support security, fraud prevention, checkout, network delivery, consent records and the core functions you request. They cannot normally be disabled through our consent controls, although your browser may block them and make parts of the service unavailable.
Analytics
These can help us understand aggregated page use and diagnose problems. No separate analytics provider is enabled in the current V1 configuration. If one is added, it must be reflected in the consent controls and this Policy before it is enabled.
Marketing
These help measure advertising and understand whether an ad led to a visit or purchase. This category may include Meta technologies. They are disabled until consent where prior consent is required.
Offerfold does not use consent by scrolling, inactivity or pre-ticked boxes. Rejecting optional technologies must be as easy as accepting them.
3. Technologies currently expected
The final list must be confirmed by scanning the published GHL pages before traffic begins.
| Provider / technology | Purpose | Category | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
offerfold_cookie_consent_v1 in local storage | Records your consent version and category choices | Necessary | Up to 180 days, unless withdrawn, cleared or reset after a material change |
| HighLevel / LeadConnector technical technologies | Page delivery, security, forms, checkout, sessions and consent-related functionality | Necessary | Session or provider/configuration dependent |
| Stripe technologies on checkout | Payment security, fraud prevention and transaction processing | Necessary | Provider dependent |
Meta _fbp and _fbc, when enabled | Advertising measurement and browser/click identification | Marketing | Commonly up to 90 days |
Additional analytics or marketing tools must not be added without updating the consent configuration and, where material, this Policy.
4. Your choices
On your first applicable visit, the consent panel lets you:
- accept optional categories;
- reject optional categories; or
- change the available Marketing choice in Cookie Settings.
You can change or withdraw your choice through the Cookie Settings control on the Offerfold Sales page. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, and optional tags stop on future page loads after the preference is saved.
Where legally required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out from targeted advertising or sale/sharing. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect checkout, access or security functions.
5. Third-party controls
Third parties may offer their own controls:
- Meta advertising settings:
https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings
- Google privacy controls:
https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
- browser cookie and tracking settings in your browser's help menu.
Those third-party choices do not replace Offerfold's own consent controls where they are legally required.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
